Carbon County Recreation

Carbon County Recreation runs the public sports leagues in Price, the town that is also home to USU Eastern and its Scenic West programs. Its office is at 450 S Fairgrounds Way, and the county says it uses Sportsman enrollment software for registration, first come, first served.

The adult side is six team-registered programs, each with a published fee. Women's and men's slow-pitch softball are eight-week programs that include a two-week tournament, $350 per team, registering in March for a May start; coed softball is the same length and price, registering in late May or early June for a July start. Coed volleyball and women's volleyball are eight-week programs with a one- to two-week tournament at $250 per team, registering in August for October and in November for January. A cornhole league runs seven weeks for $50 per team, registering in November for a January start. The adult page lists no individual registration option.

Youth programs listed on the department page are spring volleyball, spring soccer, fastpitch softball, T-ball and coach pitch, flag football, fall volleyball, Little Eagles, 3rd/4th grade Junior Jazz and Jr. Jazz.
