Rusick wears No. 2 for Utah Tech, whose roster lists her as a 5-foot-5 senior forward from Litchfield Park, Arizona, and Millennium High School. Her biography says she made the All-WAC Freshman team in 2023 and scored the game-winner against Southern Utah in 2025.
