The 2026 season, meet by meet
BYU opened on Jan. 9 by beating No. 7 Oregon State 195.675-194.525 at the Marriott Center. Three nights later it placed third at the Best of Utah meet in West Valley City with 195.725, behind Utah and Utah State and ahead of Southern Utah. BYU's schedule page records the scheduled March 6 meet with Iowa State as a forfeit, and lists BYU's Big 12 record as 4-2. BYU then placed second at a tri-meet at Utah on March 7 with 196.550.
The Clemson win
The best night of the year came at Clemson on March 13. BYU won 197.225-197.175, its highest score since 2022, and its 49.550 on beam ranks third all-time at BYU. Brynlee Andersen-Broekman, as BYU's releases name her, tied her career high with a 9.975 on beam, the highest individual event score of BYU's regular season, with one judge awarding a 10.0. Kylie Eaquinto posted a career-high 39.475 in the all-around.
